Everything you need to know about your trip
- We need your travel date, pickup and drop-off locations, number of passengers, luggage details and, for airport pickups, your flight number. Please also tell us about any special requirements, such as a child seat, a pet or stops along the way.
In most cases, no prepayment is required. For certain dates, complex routes or larger bookings, the terms are agreed individually in advance.
Yes, with prior approval. Please tell us about your pet when booking so we can confirm the required documents, travel arrangements and a suitable vehicle and driver.
A standard amount of luggage is included. Please confirm the details when booking. Oversized or additional luggage must be agreed separately.
The exact border crossing time cannot be guaranteed in advance. We help you allow enough extra time and advise what to check before the trip.
Yes — please contact us as early as possible.
Please send us your flight number and stay in touch. If your flight is delayed, we adjust the pickup time. Up to 2 hours of waiting is included at no extra charge.
The price is calculated for the appropriate vehicle, not per passenger. The final price depends on the route, date and time, vehicle class, number of passengers, amount of luggage and any additional stops. We agree the total price in advance and do not change it on the day of travel if the agreed trip details remain the same.
The price includes the confirmed route, normal waiting time at the border, reasonable stops along the way and up to 2 hours of waiting if your flight is delayed.
If the assigned vehicle or driver cannot complete the trip because of a breakdown or another unexpected situation, we arrange a replacement and stay in touch with you. Our goal is to make sure you are not left to find alternative transport on your own at the last minute.
